Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for writing in.
The itchy rash can be scabies, urticaria ,prurigo ,contact dermatitis.
It can be related to your puppy.
A visit to dermatologist would be needed for proper evaluation and treatment of rash.I usually prescribe antihistaminc drugs like cetirizine to such patients visiting my clinic.
Hope this helps.
