Itchy Rashes On Butt Cheeks Causing Bruise And Little Bumps. Any Thoughts?

Hi, I have had for a few months now, some type of rash or something on my backside( butt cheeks), it starts out where there is an intense and constant itch, which leads to bruising, and then little bumps. If I continue to itch them they bleed and scab over and last for a week or so before healing. Can you tell me what this is?

Hello,welcome to HCM,
your description suggests a bacterial skin infection superimposed on a fungal infection.
a course of oral antibiotic(levofloxacin/azithromycin) and local antifungal/antibiotic cream should relieve your symptoms
since it has been reccuring over some weeks ,I suggest you start the treatment after visiting a physician only.
