Itchy Red Lumps On Genitals, No Pain

Really itchy red lumps on genitals, approx half a cm to a full cm in diameter, start to scab in the middle, no pain just reallly itchy, especially at night, also really itchy lump on tailbone and on waist , also finding it very itchy between my fingers and my legs, and abdomen , no pain whatsoever just a really big need to scratch and itch.

Hello,
Thanks for the query,

You might have developed fungal infection.

It is called as tinea cruris.

Please get a KOH mount done,

This can confirm the fungal etiology.

Treatment can be with oral antifungals as well as with topical antifungals.

Please meet a dermatologist for exact diagnosis.
