Itchy Sore On The Lower Back, Severe Pain Through Sciatic Nerve. Had Shingles In Past. Suffering From Anxiety. Solution?
I have an itchy sore on my lower back causing shooting pain down through my sciatic nerve . What is it? I had shingles in 2007 and this feels awfully similar. However, I had shingles in 2007! That was not that long ago. I had chicken pox twice as a child and I have promblems with anxiety that are being exacerbated by stressfull situations currently going on. What do I do?
