Itchy Sore Vagina After Intercourse, Is This Normal ?

Hi im 18 and Ive been having sex more recently now as i have a regular boyfriend. i almost always use a condom , but once a few days ago we started without using a condom , i eventually said about 10 minutes after and my boyfriend put a condom on, we had sex intensively for much longer than normal and the condom became very dry. i now have a very painful vagina , its sore and very very itchy , im trying not to itch it but its so uncomfortable. i have white discharge but nothing i dont normally get. i dont want to tell my parents what i have been up to as its not something we talk about and i really dont want to visit the doctor , is there anyway this is just irratation from the condom and will it go away on its own ?

Hello, and Welcome to HealthcareMagic Forum!

Well, the itch could be due to either allergy, frictional injury due to dry condom or due to infection. A 10 minutes unprotected contact can cause a STD. Vaginal fungal infection is also a possibility as you have a discharge. You can try any antiallergic pill and see if it helps. You can try a vaginal antifungal. You must get a STD panel done. However, since a confirmed diagnosis cannot be given on net please consult your gynecologist before starting any treatment. Hope this helps. Take care!
