Itchy Sores On Scalp. Pains When Coloring Hair Until Rewash. How To Stop This From Growing?

I have itchy sores that have developed on my scalp. There is a large one on the crown of my head and the rest are just beyond the hairline down the right side of my head. After a fairly long time they seem to dry up but remain raised from the scalp and sore to touch. When I color my hair they itch a lot until I rewash my hair. Is there anyway to stop these from growing?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
It might have developed because of hair color, you can rid of thing by applying topical steroid ointment even if does not go away then clinical examination would be necessary, have nice day.
