I LIVE IN St. George, Utah and over the last four or five month my right jaw started catching snd having painful popping. Now it"s in both jaws. I have been on Utah Medicaide Disability and as of 9/1/13 my medicare has kicked in. Las Vegas is 136 miles from my town but it's small and not one dr. is set up for medicaide or medicaide for tmj. or TMD. what type of Dr. do I need to see and any suggestions for Las Vegas, Nevada.
