Jumped From 6ft Wall. Painful To Walk. Healing Time?
Jumped off (drunkly) a 6ft wall wearing very thin soled shoes. Intense pain at the time, managed to walk home and rest up for the weekend. Haven't needed to walk much during the week, home, car, office and repeat. But still find it very painful and uncomfortable to walk. Highly doubt it's a break and do not like going to doctors/ a 'n' e, anything you can recommend or tell me to allow me to perform my own diagnosis? Does it just need another week? Kind regards, Al
Hello
You will have to go for X-ray investigation of painful site (usually in this condition ankle x ray) to see is there any fracture.
if there is no fracture apply crape bandage at both ankle.
