Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
It seems more like food poisioning.
PLease let me know if she has eaten any thing outside.
Give ondem 2-3 ml 2-3 times daily.
If she vomits give ondem injection 0.5 ml IM
Give cyclopam 5ml 3 times daily.
Give plenty of fluids orally.
If vomitings subside well and good
Otherwise Take her to ER for IV fluids as well as to pin point the cause.
Hope this answer will serve your purpose.
I shall be happy to answer any more queries.
Take care.
