Kid Passing Stool Frequently. Stool Solid. Stool Test, Earlier Fungal Infection, Now Normal. Suggestions?

my son aged 6 years passing stool very frequently like 5-6 times a day, stool looks solid, he is not complaining any severe pain, tested routine stool test, result came normal, prior to this test we tested his stool for fungal test, there was a slight fungal infection, but latest test result is normal. this is happening for the past 15 days

Hello! I think it will improve itself in few days. You nedd to give him a toilet training so that he evacuate all the faeces in once or twice movement. Also give him lots of fibres and lots of fluids. Hope this will help. keep in touch
