Knee Hurt After Exercising, Unable To Walk, Painful Bump Formed. How To Get Relief?
I was exercising yesterday and landed on my right knee with a high impact landing. I heard and felt a big pop and it hurts a lot now, I can barely walk on it but there is little to no swelling at all. Now there is a small lump on the left of my right knee that moves around and is super painful. Any idea what could have happened or what I need to do?

Popping sound after trauma is one of symptom suggestive of significant trauma to knee. Bump seen on knee is most likely a joint effusion. Pain is severe as there is high chance of internal injury like meniscal or ligament tear.
You need to consult board certified orthopaedician for examination, if needed please go for MRI KNEE investigation. It is best modality for knee pathology.
