Knee Injury, Soreness, Swelling, Restricted Knee Movements. Advise?

I injured my knee 4 weeks ago, Im not sure what I have done but the back of my knee is still really sore
as well as the medial. I've been in a brace which is stuck on 15 degree angle ratio for this period of time. Was supposed to get a MRI done within the first week of my injury but due to swelling was not able to have it done and the following week I had the same reaction from doctors. It is my left knee in question and I am not able to move or bend my knee any furthe than a 90 degree angle.

Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
Hello
Thanks for posting your query.
From description it seems to be injury to internal structure and ligaments to knee.As one month is already passed, and there is pain and stiffness, MRI will be helpful to reach the diagnosis. I suggest you to get it evaluated by orthopaedic surgeon and treatment plan according to that.
Hope this will help you
Regards.
