Knee Making Crunching Sound. Overweight And Takes Taekwondo. Suggest The Treatment?
My nine year old grandson's left knee makes a popping or crunching sound. I am very concerned. He is overweight, but takes taekwondo 2 to 3 times a week. When he was a baby, he sometimes had cracking sounds in his joints (legs and arms). He was breast fed, so we thought that would make his bones stronger. He drink a lot of milk until the age of four. What can I do to help him. Thank you very much!
Hi, as he is only 9 years of age, it is better to consult an orthopedic surgeon for diagnosis and treatment. He may need to have E.S.R.,rheumatiod factor, and C. reactive proteine for confermation of the disease, to prevent the further complications of the disease. Avoid giving him potato, other tubers, and tomato, egg, chicken, and sea foods, till he is completely cured of it. Thank you.
