Knee Problem, Minimal Swelling, Knee Dislocation Suspected. Advise?

It appears that my knee is turned nearly all the way inside rather than forward. I was told it looks like i may have dislocated my knee cap. There is minimal swelling if any at all and I am not in any pain. What possible injuries may this be? My knee popped out of place last week, which isn't the first time, but it has never looked like this before. I have pictures if needed.

Hello,

This is called the dislocation of the patella.
This is the largest sesamoid bone in our body and it is embedded in the tendon Quadriceps femoris muscle.
Initially it may not be painful but later in may cause Osteomalacia of the bone and instability of the knee joint.
Physiotherapy and orthopedic consultation is needed.
