Labia Minora Itches During Period, Lymph Node, Painful

Hi, please help me. I happened to notice this itchiness on my labia minora part while i have my monthly period , i admit I had scratch it because it was so itchy. After my period, the itchiness toned down. But It came occasionally. It was then I decided to look down on that part. I saw a lymph node(or was it lymph node?) on the left side of my labia minora. What can be the cause of it? is there anything I can do to heal it? It is not painful when i walk, but when it is being scratch, it is painful. I only had sex with one guy. We ve been only doing sex for just 3 months. The lymph appeared only now. Please help me. :(

1. first and foremostly the itching during the menstrual flow may be normal due to the endometrial denudation and immunological factors.
2.concern with the mentioning of lymph nodes
3.Actually lymph nodes will appear in the groin region due the genital tract infection.
3.is the sexual practice without protection then it should be worry some
4 The way of your description it looks abscess,visit gynaecologist and take advice.
