Lack Of Sensation And Support In Right Leg, Tingling Sensation, Numbness. Advise?

Hi, I woke up this morning and couldn't feel the outer side of my right leg from the calf down. The muscle on the outer lower right leg isn't registering how to walk. My ankle won't support me it just keeps twisting over/giving way every time a walk on it. I've strapped it and bandaged it, but unless I walk really slowly, my ankle doesn't seem to be working. There is no pain, but a strong uncomfortable tingling sensation on the outer side of my ankle when I walk. The top of my foot is numb and has been now for over 12 hours. Very worried!

Is it only your leg or there is weakness of right arm and face as well? Are you having difficulty in speaking, eating/ drinking? Are you diabetic and hypertensive on medication? The symptoms described by you suggest a hemiplegic gait which requires urgent management in a medical instituition; there could be a possibility of a TIA/ stroke.
