first of all u should continue breast feeding along with top feeding.
there is no harm by giving lactogen with cow milk, but no give by bottle.
one thing is there that u should prepare lactogen as mentioned on cane, not over dilute. u should not mix water in cow milk. start other liquid diet like dal ka pani, rice water etc.
