Hi,

In case of lactose intolerance, you can give baby soya milk. Even yogurt is good,as is a good source of lactase enzyme. Other food options are- hard cheese like swiss cheese, cottage cheese; lactse free milk,Canned sardines, tuna, and salmon,Calcium-fortified juices and cereals.
You can continue digestive enzyme supplements containing lactase.

Make sure your baby gets right amount of calcium in diet as lactose intolarance likely to cause calcium deficiency.[spinach, brocoli, lettuce, orange]

Regards,
Dr.Neelam.
