Lactose Intolerant, Constipation, Burps That Smell Like Eggs

my daughter is 5 yrs old and lactose intolorant. she is constipated for 3 days and started complaining of burps smelling like eggs . what can i do to help her use the bathroom and are the burps a sign of something serious?

It may be due to indigestion. If she does not have vomiting or abdominal pain there is nothing serious. Give her warm water, high fiber diet which includes fruits and vegetables.
