Large Lump Above Hip Bone After Falling Down. Is This A Cause For Concern?

Hi, my 12 yes old daughter has a nasty fall at school and a large area was bruised on her side, just above the hip bone which was very painful to touch. Now the bruising is gone but noticed that there is a hard lump sort of about half an inch below the skin.

Should I be worried???

it can be haematoma like blood whichcan take 3 week to take
it can be muscle tear
hirline fracture
i advise you to get investigated after consulting ortho doctor to prevent complications
mean while can use anti inflamatory tab ointment and rest
