Hi, I have a question regarding late period and dry humping. Usually I have regular periods, my last period was from 08/9/2013 to 08/13/2013. 12 days after the end of my period my bf and I had dry humping, both wearing underwear. But he ejaculated, we didnt have intercourse but all our underwear was really wet. I was supposed to have my period 1 week ago: 09/9/2013 but I haven´t had my period yet. I took 2 pregnancy tests and both were negative. I am very concerned and I don´t know if there is any possibility that I might be pregnant. I recently moved from a different country and my diet has changed as well as my habits, I don´t know if that could be the reason or if there´s a chance that I might be pregnant. Thank you for your help.
Hello Thanks for writing to us. Going by the encounter described by you, the possibility of a pregnancy is remote. Plus, you have already had 2 negative pregnancy tests. Travelling, change of climate and diet, sleep schedule disturbance, stress, anxiety are all known and real causes of a delay in periods. If you do not have your period within a week more, consult a gynecologist to rule out pathologies like hypothyroidism, polycystic ovaries, endometrial hyperplasia etc. All the best.
