Hi,
If you have never been irregular with your cycles before, if you are sexually active without any contraception, you should exclude pregnancy through a HPT with a fresh early morning sample or go for the serum beta-hCG assay along with a trans-vaginal sonogram. If pregnancy can be excluded, it could be a slight hormonal imbalance and may be treated with hormone supplementation for a cycle or two. Hope you find this information useful. Wish you good health.
