Left Arm Pain, Cut Nail, Index Finger. History Of High Cholesterol, Sleep Apnea. Treatment?

My husband has just had sharp pain in his left arm which then went into his jaw from left to right. However yesterday he cut the nail and finger end of his index finger quite badly and we weren t sure if it could be connected to this. He has been under a lot of stress of late and a couple of stone over weight, he s 47 and has high cholesterol and sleep apnier. Regards

Kindly get blood pressure checked immediately and if possible ECG n cardiac evaluation to rule out major underlying cause.
