Left Calf Feels Little Numb But No Pain, Tingling Sensation, Twitches At Times. Any Ideas ?
I have a odd feeling in my left calf . It kind of feels a little numb but no pain at all. i feels wierd when i walk but i walk properly, i can run, jump rope and train without any problem. Sometimes there is a tingling sensation and i get twitches. There is no loss of muscle mass, or loss of coordination or loss of strength At other times i get twitches on other body parts like my abs. Its really annoying and kinda stressful, I get the twiches when i sit at my pc and when i go to bed. Oh and i am 26 years old. Can you help me please?
Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
Muscle twitches are benign irregular spontaneous muscle contractions which usually subside on their own without any treatment. Stress and anxiety aggravates these. You can have vitamin B complex supplements and electrolyte rich fluids for 3 weeks to reduce their frequency.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
