Left Ear Pops And Hurts, While Chewing It Pains. Problem?
Whenever i sneeze, my left ear pops and hurts. Feels like my ear drum is about to burst. Also i have a sensation of bleeding but nothing happens. When i try to chew, it is difficult. I've seen my primary care and he looked in my ear and declared they were fine. There is no swelling, rashes nor redness, so what could be the problem. i am afraid. Thank you.
General & Family Physician, Dr. Manjula R's Response
hi, this looks like the problem with temperomandibular joint, due to the laxity of tendons or arthritis of the joint itself. take analgesics, and antibiotics. give rest to the joints. please see your ENT surgeon for the same. nothing to do with the ear.
