Left Headache, Sinus Flush, Right Nostril Blood Clots, Diabetes, Bp Rise When Lying Down. Gout, Vitalux Taken. Advise?

hello i have extreme headaches my left side head when i rest face down on that side.i have sinus flush and medicated for diabetes and hi blood.my nose is not aspowerful to blow left side,and have blood clots right side not completely healing.when i do flush is removed but reapear.my bp rises when i lay down.take medication for gout and vitalux for eye supplement,whic helps me see immensely.thks.bob.

These patients are susceptible to develop various infections both bacterial and fungal which needs to be identified at the earliest.
