You should take x-rays and meet your doctor who might refer you to ortho doc for further assitence.

avoid lifting wieght and wrap up crap bandage wich will give you relief owing to warmth, have calcium rich food still the problem persist consult orthopaedic doctor and go for the investigation adviced by him.
its a frozen shoulder . it wl trouble u for 2 yrs , then it wl resolve gradually . keep doing exercize and use painkillers ass per ur need .
