Left-sided Stomach Pain, Loose Motions. Taking Antibiotics, Temporary Relief. Permanent Cure?

sir i am facing left side stomach pain and loose motion from last 15 days ( with gap) and i taken treatment of doctor by taking antibiotics for 3 days , for that 3 days i feel ok but after that again loose motion started with feeling abnormal at left side of stomach, pls guide for the reasons and treatment on the same
