Leg Pain During Movement Along With Tingling And Numbness After Falling From Stairs

I slipped on ice and fell down my front steps a month ago. I had a large bruise that has since gone away. Every once in a while I would get a pain in my leg. Last night when climbing my basement steps I suddenly felt like I pulled a muscle. I'm having trouble sleeping because I can't get comfortable - I have pain in my leg from my thigh to my knee when I try to move. It also feels a little tingling and numb.

Hi,
You had traumatic injury one month back but dint mentioned white you got injury probably at your gluteal or back region .Then you developed pain at your thigh to calf region with numbness or tingling sensation.
You may have pathology in spine or spinal cord or it may be cramps in Your muscles.... so u need to have though check upon orthopaedic dept . Until then take a muscle relaxant with analgesic n ppi along with limb immobilization , avoid bending , warmcompeession... If symptom aggravated or not resolves then review in urgent basis .

Thanks n regards
