Hello

Cramps in legs are common during any kind of fever

Take lot of fluids and electolytes

Elevate the legs during night by keeping a pillow beneath them

Take Vit E and methylcobalamine

Take analgesics like paracetamol

Hot fomentation , physiotherapy , rest and diet help a lot
