Leg Red From Ankle Up To Hip Like Sunburn, Applied Neosporin On It. What Else Shall I Do?

My husband was gardening today. Tonight one leg is very red from ankle up to hip like a sunburn, but he had jeans on so it is not a sunburn. The redness is very sensitive and feels hot like a sunburn. I put neopsorin on it. Is there anything else that I should do at this time?

Dear sir

Antibiotics wont help too much for sun burns, apart from antibiotics you need to apply sunscreen lotions to the affected region.. if there is local inflammation then use of local steriods like betamethasone is justified..

Thanks
