Light Dots In Urine, Back Pain, Done Urine Test. Worried

Hello, i just noticed today little lighter (maybe white\see-through) sediment\ dots on my urine . I m 30, female and recently after a urin test that revealed white cells, protein and blood on my urin i ve took 5 days of AB s. I have no symptoms: no urinary emergency, no pain - while urinating or any other symptoms of a lower infection. I do have back pain but the last time i went to the doctor he said it was merely muscular and not from the kidneys (murphy - ). Should i be worried? I ve been trying to get pregnant and dropped the pill almost a month ago, could that influence at all? Thank you for your time

hi,
You have no symptoms related to urinary tract. However it is showing wbc's, blood and protein in the blood. But all these things might be present in the urine and are not pathological unless they cross the normal limits. Upto 5 White cells, 5 red cells per high power field(hpf) is a normal finding. And daily urinary excretion of protein is 150mg and if it exceeds that limit then you need further evaluation. Dont worry and consult your urologist.
