Light Headed After Sunbed, Faint Down. Was I Dehydrated?

hi, i went on the vertical sunbed for 6 minutes today and around 4 minutes into the session i started to feel really light headed and dizzy and was sweating alot to, i opened the door to get out because i didnt fell well and fainted once id stepped out. the sunbed was still really warm from the last person who used it so is it possible it was just too hot and i dehydrated ? is it safe to use the sunbed again or maybe use a lie down bed instead ?
