Light Headed, Fainted, Runny Nose. Iron Level, Thyroid, Bp Normal. Suggestions

I have been feeling lightheaded, and almost fainted two times. My iron level and thyroid have been checked and are normal. I can a scan of my sinuses (because I am just getting over a sinus infection) and they were normal. I checked my blood sugar levels and my blood pressure and they are normal. I have a runny nose on one side that doesn't go away and my doctor said it is because I have a crooked nose. This runny nose is something new. My doctor thinks I am stressed, but I don't think this is it.

Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for using healthcare magic.

I have gone through your history.

Your symptoms might br just an extension of sinus infection or may be due to side effect of any anti histaminic drug if any.
Please note that stress may present with this kind of symptoms. So if you feel you are in stress, you should di stress management and relaxation therapy. You may also contactpsychiatrist to help you to come out of stress.

Thanks.
