What Causes Cough And Runny Nose After Taking BP Medication?

Yes, I quit taking aa blood pressure med, because it caused me to have a rash, plus a cough and runny nose. Also itching in the hair on my vagina. My doctor switched up my meds, but I am still having the itching. I would like some kind of cream I could use to alleviate the problem.

Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to an allergic reaction due to blood pressure medication.

I suggest you use antihistamines such as Levocetirizine.

I also recommend using saline nasal sprays for a runny nose.
