Light Spotting Followed By Heavy Bleeding During Periods, Nausea, Sleeplessness. Possible Pregnancy?

I am 31 yrs and already have a 6 yrs old daughter. I have been feeling nausea for last 2weeks, got my periods on time though they aren't normal as it used to be and dont have sound sleep during nights. The first two days are usually very heavy flow n by third day it starts to subside. This time I experienced light spotting first day. Second day too I observed light spotting but by end of the second day the flow started to increase. It's my third day today with heavy flow. Can I be pregnant? My last period day was 18 th August. This time I got them on 17 th. suggest

One day period date variation is normal thing. It may be due to hormonal imbalance and stress. However, you can undergo one home pregnancy test to clear doubts about pregnancy.
