Lightheaded, Bleeding After Having D&C. On Iron Supplements For Anemia. Serious?

Hi, I just had a d and c two days ago and I'm very light headed and bleeding quite a bit. I'm anemic and I have been taking my iron supplements. But I'm scared because the bleeding started today and I have soaked two pads in four hours. I called the er and they told me I needed to take it easy and the bleeding should calm down but I really haven't walked around much today. I can't sleep because I'm worried I'm hemorraging.

Take a inj of tranexemic acid at local clinic,take iron tab twice a day for 1 month, beside it consult a gynecologist.
