Hello,
High blood pressure with high blood sugar with dyslipidemia with low VIT D and low VIT B 12 with very high homocysteine levels suggest you are a very high risk candidate for cardio and cerebrovasular accidents.
You must consult your doctor urgently and start treatment along with lifestyle modifications.
Treatment includes...
Medicines for BP,diabetes and high lipids
VIT D and VIT B 12 supplements
FOLIC ACID for high homocysteine.
Avoiding sugar and deep fried foods.
Avoiding junk foods like pizza, burger, noodle etc and colas.
Regular aerobic exercises for 45 minutes a day.
Reduction of calories and reduction of weight.( try to be in your required range of BMI ).
Goal of treatment...
Blood sugar in tight normal range
BP below 120/80
LDL cholesterol below 80
TRIGLYCERIDES below 150
Homocysteine below 15
VIT D to be around 50
VIT B 12 to be around 400 to 500.
Thanks

Internal Medicine Specialist Dr. Akhilesh Dubey's  Response
Hi,
Welcome to HCM,
If you got these test for just medical check up then make sure you visit Physician and take proper treatment.
Your reports are abnormal your blood sugar level is high with HBA1C high which suggests diabetes so take care, your BP is 140/90 mm of hg which is prehypertension so take less salt and lifestyle modifications like reducing weight, avoid smoking, drinking and stress. if BP is still high then start therapy with antihypertensive medicines.
Your Lipid profile shows slightly raised Cholesterol and high triglycerides level where you need to modify diet with less fats and carbohydrates that is caloric restriction.
Your vitamin B12 and D are low which can be corrected by taking supplementation as given by your Physician. High homocysteine is independent risk factor can be controlled with vitamin supplementation.
Take care of diet,BP, Blood sugar level and exercise and these lifestyle modifications will control your health issues and prevent complications.
Consult a Internal medicine specialist as soon as possible.
wish you healthy life.
Take care
Good Luck.
