General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The most possible issue sounds to be worm infestation of the GIT, and the same should be evaluated with stool microscopy report at the lab.

Currently consume high fiber diet, plenty of liquids and observe any further noticeable changes in the stool or development of any other systemic features.

In between any assistance is greatly appreciated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
