Long Toes, Middle Toe Lifts By Themselves, Foot Pain, Cramping. Treatment?
I have very long toes. I stay out gardening for hours. I bought items for hammer does, foot aids for high arches. At times my 2 middle toes begin to lift up by themselves. when shoes are off, or course. It is if they start a pull sensation and I cannot pull them down. I also have horrible pain on the very top of my same right foot at night. Cramping at top of the foot. I have horrible cramps that wake me up between my high upper inside thighs. I can hardly move to get off the bed to walk around. I take pickle juice, or mustard . I have high arches and I wear the best of running shoes, I change them every 3 months. This pain on my foot and the involuntary drawing up of my 2 toes that I have no control over is getting to be more frequent. I have high arches and wear a 10 . My foot is not wide.
It seems that you have high arch foot and because of which you are having diffrent symptoms. Patient with high arch needs to use a orthotic shoes and regular foot muscle exercise. To start with you can consult a physiotherapiest who will provide you some heat therapy and some exercises.
