Loose Bowel Movements Smelling Like Burning Rubber After Activia Yogurt With Chia Seeds Diet. Toxins Leaving Body Or Chia Seeds?
Hello, I have recently began excercising more, reducing my soda intake (n drinking tea,and water instead) and I also started incorporating activia yogurt with chia seeds mixed in because I have read how good they are for you. Yesterday my bowel movements began smelling like burning rubber. Could this be the toxins leaving my body or would it have more to do with the chia seeds. My movements have been loose for a week now which I have been ok with since before I started this, I would go sometimes a whole week or even two with no movement at all. The smell is what mainly concerns me because it's so shockingly unexpected. thanks for your time
Hello. To achieve a healthy diet and regular bowel movements, I recommend a diet rich in water, vegetables and fruits (except apple and banana) and to practice exercise. The other measures (yogurt, seeds ...)can help you but are not necessary to achieve that. You must continue practicing exercise and eating that I said, that's enough.I wish you good health.
