Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice. I am glad that your daughter has recovered from diarrhea. Since your child has recovered, fever medication (para+mefenamic acid), vomiting medication (domperidone) can be stopped.

Antibiotics are usually not recommended for diarrhea in children. Therefore, Ofloxacin+metronidazole can be stopped unless it was bloody diarrhea. Thus second opinion is not needed. Stop all of the above mentioned medications, you can continue with sporlac for a week as it is good for the child's gut.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care.
