Loose Motion, Weak And Feverish. Remedy?

Hi Doc, this morning I suddenly had loose motions . I had a hectic travel in the past 4 days with late nights, travelling under hot sun , eating at odd hours which I am not used to so feel it could be due to this.. The loose motions have stopped now but I am feeling a bit weak and feverish although there is no fever.. Pl advise. Thx

Hi,

Based from the information it seems like as milder form of "HEAT STROKE"

Here is what we mean my heat stroke, its kind of dehydration due to the heat and body keeps on loosing the water. Following are the additional symptoms other then FEVER.
1)Throbbing headache
2)Dizziness and light-headedness
3)Lack of sweating despite the heat
4)Red, hot, and dry skin
5)Muscle weakness or cramps
6)Nausea and vomiting
7)Rapid heartbeat, which may be either strong or weak

In case of any of the above mentioned symptoms please consult doctor as soon as possible

ADVICE FOR NOW,
1) Please avoid hot sun / travel during afternoon
2) Drink plenty of water with minerals substitutions (like glucon D in India / gatorade in USA)
3) Eat at proper time and take care of body's need for rest.
4) In case of loose motion consult doctor , mean while drink lot of fluids like orange juice etc.
