Loose Stool For My 5 Month Old Baby After Changing The Milk

Hey i have a 5 month old baby and he has been having loose stool for the past months now we change this milk a couple of time and now he s on the last milk that they have for baby he has been on the milk for a week now and he is still having the loose stool his stools are yellow and very loose what do u think i should do

Hello Welcome to health care magic ..............
First thing he should have been preferably on breast milk.
Second loose stools in a baby on alternate milk is common and could be due to many reasons- 1) Infection because of unhygenic practices of feeding . 2) If given high osmotic feeds.
So wat you could do is get the stool examined and this will tell you is there is infection .
If infection is there treatment would depend on weather its bacterial or viral - bacterial give antibiotics , viral no specific treatment.
