Losing Control Of Bowel And Bladder Movements. Suffering From Primary Progressive MS. Medication?

My 52 year old brother has had primary progressive MS for 14 years His attitude is awful and for the last year he needs the wheelchair all the time He loses control of his bladder and bowels because he cannot make it to the bathroom in time He is not taking meds any more and is full of self pity What meds are the best for progressive ms? Thanks

Hi, it is progressive, and can lead to any stage, and he may be confined to the bed,if not properly treated, I advise you to consult a psychologist for diagnosis and treatment of the self pity. then he is to be treated for MS.by a neurologist.
I to my patient with such symptoms prescribe neurotropic injections for 10 consecutive days, and to be continued every week, anxiolytics at night till he is prepared for treatment. Thank you.
