Loss Of Breath, Back Gets Tight For A Second. Major Anxiety, Is It Stress Or Anxiety Attack?

Hi. For about 2 weeks periodically while in the middle of talking it seems as if I lose my breath and chest, sternum, and back get real tight for that split second. Of course I go into panic mode and everything gets tight for a little while. I have major anxiety on a daily basis about my health/heart. Previous test for heart have been normal. Is this a stress/anxiety issue?

Hi, you are getting the feeling of loosing breath, tight ness of the chest, sternum, and back while taking. it may be due to the fear of talking.
These symptoms also could be due to the gastric hyper acidity. I advise you to consult a gastro enterologist for excluding the gasric issues.
Thank you.
