Loss Of Cervical Lordosis With Mild Scoliotic Deformity Of Spine. Meaning?

loss of cervical lordois with mild scoliotic deformity of spine C3-C4,C4-C5,C5-C6 and C6-C7inter vertable disc shows posterior disc buldges associated with bilateral uncontrovertebral joint ostopsytes causing mild degree compression noted on the ventral thecal sac with significant lateral recess comprmise ,compression noted on the right existing nerve root noted at the leve of C5-C6 bilateral existing nerve root compression noted at the C6-C7 ( spinal canal ) (AP) dimension 0.81 cm ,0.82 cm ,0.80 cm and 088 cm. Except this all the remaining parts are normal .Please can you explain the meaning of the above statement and prefer the best advise .

there are four curvs in our torso.. our neck is C shaped then thorax is like ) again lower back C and lower most part ).... loss of cervical lordosis means loss of C shape of our spine in neck..it bcomes more like straight..osteophytes are some extra grown material in verteba which can compress nerves and can cause defect in function of that particular nerve..C5 C6 C7 nerves supplies arm so its compression can cause difficulty in its function..scoliotic deformity of spine means usually our spine is in central line but when it deviate to one side from central line it is called as scoliltic deformity
