Lost My Eyelashes. Eyebag And Dark Circles. Eyes Tired, Red Spots. Recommendations And Exercise?
Hi, I am 22 yrs old girl. I am using my laptop for 4 to 6 hrs a day for the past 3 years. Now I found that I lost my eyelashes very much. I also have eyebag and dark circles. My eyes seems to be very tired and sometimes I found red spots in the eye.. I just want my eyes back to normal. Please tell me what to do. Are eye exercises useful?
Hello, you need to rest your eyes. Nowadays everyone is dependent on laptop, so we cant expect anyone to reduce that. But here are few things you can try.
Sleep for atleast 7-8hrs (continuously, at night-interrupted sleep doesn't count)
Look at a distant object for 20 seconds every 20 mins of laptop usage
Close your eyes tightly for 5 seconds, repeat about 5 times every hour of laptop usage
Never ever rub your eyes
Get your vision tested-if you have a mild refractive error, that will not cause any vision defects (as the eye compensates) but can add a lot of strain to your eyes.
Drink lots of water, eat fresh fruits and vegetables
Consult a doctor if symptoms persist
