Hi, I was once weighed and my daily calorie use in a resting state is 1450. I have entered on the calorie count website that my built is medium. Was this the correct choice in my calorie counter? I have lots of musscle on me but also as far as I remember 36% fat. I am trying to loose weight and it suggests me taking in only 1100calories per day if I want to loose 1kg per week. I think I cannot live on this little. Where do I find information on this website how many calories I have used up?

You must understand to lose weight is long term process and requires determination and modification in lifestyle.
If you are overweight and fat content is 36% it is high first know your ideal weight for your height then plan for long term in small goals.
It is true if you are hungry all the the time you will not be able to lose weight.
It is true a deficit of 7000 K cal will cause weight loss of 1 kg in week or 2.
Please take help of Dietitian to plan food for you, and take up some form of regular exercises to have significant weight loss.
you should also make sure to get a medical checkup to rule out any significant diseases like Hypothyroidism, Diabetes, Cushing etc.
You can keep a approximate idea of consumption and expenditure of calories.
There are many website for it.
