Low Body Temperature After Gotten Over Fever. Sweating In Head, Rash On Torso And Around Neck. Reasons

2years, 11month daughter has just gotten over a fever that lasted several days. Now her temp is low when she's sleeping 96.3F in one ear 94.6F in other. Her head is drenched in sweat. She has a rash on the front of her torso and around her neck (maybe heat rash? She sleeps on her tummy all curled up/tucked in)

Its normal for body temperature to drop after illness.
Just make sure she is able to drink enough liquids and passes urine atleast 6 times a day.
